<p>Pacemanor acquired a vacant building in Newbury town centre from HSBC bank for £1.4m. We subsequently leased the ground floor to Phase Eight (a women’s wear retailer) on a 15 year FRI lease. We then applied for planning permission to convert the upper floors from offices to 5 residential units plus an extension at the rear of the property for a further 6 residential units.</p>
