Jamie Ludlow, BSc (Hons) MRICS - Managing Director
Jamie is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has over 25 years experience in the property industry. Jamie was made Managing Director in 2004. He runs the business from his home town of Tunbridge Wells.
For the last 5 years Jamie has also been a main board Director of Ankor Property Group as their Head of Development. He focused mainly on student accomodation (PBSA) and mixed use in town schemes in the UK. He has overseen the development of all of Ankor’s major development projects including The Cube Ealing, an 88 bed student accommodation scheme and The Cube Greenwich, a 33 bed student accommodation scheme both of which we successfully completed in August 2017. More recently he has overseen the completion of a mixed used scheme in Reading comprising 33 residential units and 3 commercial units. Jamie has a full and comprehensive knowledge of large scale development and focuses on pushing the team to deliver ahead of programme and within budget.
Prior to Ankor, Jamie was a founding partner at Prime Retail Property Consultants LLP, a niche property agency practice based in the West End, London. He advised numerous high profile clients on student accommodation such as LaSalle Asset Management, M&G Real Estate and Schroders in the acquisition and development of their property assets. Jamie was previously an Associate Director at Leslie Furness Chartered Surveyors where he advised Land Securities Plc on their £250m Whitefriars development located in Canterbury and Centros Miller on the development of their £110m development Fremlin Walk located in Maidstone, Kent. He started his career in 1998 at Cushman & Wakefield in the Development Advisory and Consultancy Team.
Sam Rappard - Head of Property Management
Sam joined Pacemanor in 2014 and manages the property portfolio with the help of her team. Her role monitoring property rentals, filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. Sam has a strong accountancy background and therefore has excelled in ensuring the financial objectives of Pacemanor are met. This centers around collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective action. Sam reports directly to the board of Directors on all financial matters.
